Company Updates
Movemint Raises Pre-Seed to Transform Endurance Event Management and Sign Up
Movemint has raised a pre-seed from Underscore VC with participation from Fitt Capital and Olia Birulia. Since our launch in March, Movemint has supported over 100 events and thousands of athletes across 6 countries. We are immensely grateful for the support our organizers, athletes, and investors have shown our team. If you love endurance events and are interested in helping, please reach out! We have a ton of big, fun problems to solve.
Feature Highlights
New Features
Upload Results: Timers can now easily upload results from their favorite scoring software! Read our FAQs for quick tips and tricks, or watch this video from our founder and CEO, Zack Isaacs, who gives a detailed overview on how organizers can upload results to their events on Movemint.
Once uploaded, athletes and spectators can search for results on the event page under the Results Section. Check out Tracksmith’s Melbourne Twilight 5000 results for an example.
Submit Efforts: Athletes participating in virtual events can now submit their efforts on Movemint! Head over to Submit Efforts on the virtual event page that you are participating in and submit those efforts.
Organizers are notified when new efforts are submitted, and they can verify those efforts for the virtual event Leaderboards! Head over to the Leaderboards section in Event Management to review submitted efforts for your virtual events.
Zapier Integration: Hook into all of your zaps! Organizers can use Movemint’s API with Zapier to integrate participant data with your existing tools like Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Quickbooks, etc. Now in beta.

Organizer Page: Show off all your events with an organizer page! Having all your events in one place lets participating athletes discover everything you’re organizing. Check out this example from Tracksmith’s Twilight 5000 series.

Iterative Updates
Event Description: Edit your event descriptions with bold, bullet, and links! Event organizers can make important information pop with new text formatting tools in Edit Event of Event Management.
Sponsors: Add sponsors for your event! Organizers can now go to their admin sponsors page and add as many sponsors as they want. Sponsors can also be copied from previous events to newer events.
Photo Carousel: Tell the story of your event through pictures! Organizers can now add a photo carousel to their event page.
My Account: Keep track of upcoming races and view previous events! Athletes can keep track of their important event information in My Account using the confirmation code emailed to them after they register for an event.

West Hartford AAPI 5k
Congrats to Boston Road Runners on a successful AAPI 5k series! Boston Road Runners is committed to making running more fun and inclusive. This year we supported their AAPI 5k events in Houston, TX and West Hartford, CT. They hold many cool events around the country, have an amazing leadership team, and we are honored to serve them.
Tracksmith Twilight 5000
The Tracksmith Twilight 5000 Series is designed to bring the racing experience of elite runners to everyone with a fun, low stakes race under the lights. Whether it’s your first time on a track or you have run more laps than you care to remember, these races deliver an unforgettable experience.
Dipsea Trail Time Trial
A segment based event on the Dipsea Trail with multiple races within the competition that rewards your best segment efforts, consistency, dedication, and endurance. The perfect opportunity to push yourself in training for the race in June or get some race efforts in on the trail if you’re not in the race!
WeRunSF 5K Time Trial
This is a virtual race put together in collaboration by WeRunSF and Movemint, commemorating WeRunSF’s 7th anniversary! This time trial is more than just a benchmark, it’s a celebration of the runners who join our small community each Wednesday at 6:00pm at the back stairs of the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

We’re a group of passionate endurance athletes. We were tired of using clunky registration tools that failed to capture the energy of race day. So we decided to build Movemint and are excited to share it with you. We’re constantly building. Please reach out with feature requests and feedback.
